WHEN: Thursday, November 20, 2014 6:00 – 8:00 PM WHERE: Beverly High School, 100 Sohier Rd
Please enter through side door where high school students
will direct you to the cafeteria. WHO: Grade K-5 students and parents
Join us for an evening of math – Wondering what your child is learning in their classroom? Our Math coaches will discuss the standards and demonstrate the strategies we are teaching in your child’s classroom!
Please note: This workshop is designed to include parents and children. We start off with parents at the workshop and children in supervised play with our high school peer leaders. You will see first hand and work together to see our approach to problem solving and experience a Math Talk before taking a chance on some raffle prizes and heading home for the evening.
Pizza for students and parents will be served. ** Please help yourselves to pizza (available from 6:00-6:20). The presentation for parents in the library will begin promptly at 6:30.
