Dear
Parents and Guardians of Grade 5 Students:
I
am writing to inform you that the Briscoe Middle School will be hosting our
annual Principal’s Coffee for parents/guardians of current Grade 5 students who
attend the Beverly Public Schools or reside in Beverly. This event will be held on Friday, December
5, 2014 from 9:30 AM to approximately 10:30 AM in the Briscoe Middle School
Library.
The
purpose of this event is to give parents/guardians an opportunity to visit the
building, discuss the Grade 6 curriculum and schedule, as well as address other
questions that you may have regarding Briscoe Middle School. It is our hope to provide you with the
information necessary to make a well-informed decision about your child’s
future educational pursuits. In addtion,
we will be hosting a Grade 5 Move Up Night for all students and parents/guardians
on Thursday, January 22, 2015. I will
pass along more information regarding this event at a later date.
If
you are planning on attending the Principal’s Coffee, I would appreciate it if
you could notify my secretary, Ms. Lynda DeCourcy, at 978-921-6103 X151, so
that we may accommodate all individuals who wish to attend. I look forward to meeting many of you on the 5th!
