LAST PTO Meeting - Wednesday, June 11th
The last PTO meeting of the year will be held Wednesday, June 11,6:00-7:30pm in the Cove School library.

Please join us as we wrap-up and celebrate the 2013-14 school year and set up for the 2014-15 school year.

On the agenda:  next year's budget and officer elections and committee appointments.

Please plan to attend this very important meeting -- we need your vote!

Also, it's not too late to nominate yourself or someone you feel would be an asset -- nomination forms will be going home this week via backpack mail and are due Friday, May 30.

They can also be found on the PTO bulletin board in the school lobby, plus we'll be happy to take last minute nominations from the floor at the meeting.  Cove PTO runs on volunteer power -- your input, involvement, and support are essential and truly benefit us all
Scholastic Book Fair Week - May 19-23
Organizers of this year's Book Fair Fiesta are looking for volunteers to help during the fair.

Please visit  https://www.volunteersignup.org/74KX3 for times and activities that we need help with.  Volunteering during your student's class time?  Consider volunteering during the time slot before or after too!  We really need the help!

Many hands make light work and kids LOVE seeing their parents during the school day!

Thanks in advance.

Beverly Bootstraps Backpack Donation Drive
Beverly Citywide PTO is once again assisting in Beverly Bootstraps Backpack Drive.  For those of you unfamiliar with this program, Beverly Bootstraps delivers to kids in need a new backpack filled with new school supplies at the end of the summer for back to school.

Together, Beverly Bootstraps and the Citywide PTO distribute over 100 backpacks a year!

The Cove School Community has been asked to collect GLUE STICKS, SCISSORS, AND MARKERS.  There is a collection box in the lobby, and you or your child can deposit any new unopened supplies into it.  Please bring in your contribution  as soon as possible.  Thanks for your help!
